Why didn't my whole order ship together? TOP

So Sweet Stationery works with several different vendors and, therefore, there is a possibility that your order will ship separately depending on which vendor the product is coming from.  If you feel that your package has been lost or has not been delievered within the shipping time indicated on your order please contact us as soon as possible by email info@sosweetstationery.com.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.  We also accept Debit/ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard Logo.  Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server.

How do I send my photo(s) for birth announcements and photo cards? TOP

After placing you order for a photo birth announcement or other photo card please email us your photo(s) at picture@sosweetstationery.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number in the subject of the email.  If we do not receive an email from you with the photo(s) within 24 hours we will notify you via email or phone.

Do Square 5x5 Invitations and Birth Announcements Require Additional Postage? TOP

Yes. Square cards require extra postage when mailing in the United States. The U.S. postage rate for So Sweet Stationery's 5x5 square invitations and birth announcements is $0.64 as of February, 2010.
