Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.  We also accept Debit/ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard Logo.  Credit Card details are collected using a SSL secured server.

Sales Tax

So Sweet Stationery, LLC is located in the State of Nevada. SoSweetStationery.com is required by law to charge sales tax on the total order, including shipping and handling fees, for shipments within/to customers in the State of Nevada at a rate of 7.725%.

Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the product and vendor. Please refer to the processing time in the product description. Processing time for Photo Cards can be rushed for an extra charge of either $6.00 for 4x6 cards or $12.95 for 5x7 cards during check out. This rushes the lab processing time from 7-10 business days to 2-3 business days (Business day are Monday - Friday). Expedited shipping is also available.

Photo Card Orders

General timeframe for photo cards is as follows: A sample is provided via email in approx 2 - 4 business days upon receipt of your photo(s) and details.  All photos need to be emailed to us directly at picture@sosweetstationery.com. Custom cards or collage cards with a lot of photos can take an extra day to prepare.

Once any changes/edits have been made, you must submit an approval to us via email to print, and your printed cards are ready in approx. 7-10 business days. (Rush processing options are available during checkout to help expedite turnaround at the lab.  Cost for rush processing starts at $6 & generally reduces lab turnaround time to approx 2 - 3 business days.)  Please note, lab turnaround does vary, especially at their busiest times, such as the weeks preceding Christmas.  We have no control over processing time at the lab! 

Also, the speed of your turnaround time is greatly affected by how quickly you respond to emails & approve your sample.  Changes/revisions to your sample are generally completed in 1-2 business days depending on the degree of editing needed.  Revisions do extend the turnaround time, so remember to factor this into your estimate.

Orders are shipped once they have been processed and printed at the lab. Shipping times may vary, so please allow ample time for your cards to be completed and for delivery.

** By submitting your order you are agreeing to these general guidelines.  Timeframes are subject to change due to order volume, & designer schedule, and the order turnaround time may be longer during peak times, especially holidays.   In general, it is best to submit your order 2 or more weeks from the time you wish to mail/deliver your photo cards.  Please keep this in mind. If you are in need of a faster option, we do offer express delivery options at an additional cost.

Return Policy

All personalized products including but not limited to announcements, invitations, personalized baby gifts, and stationery are final sale unless there is an error on the part of So Sweet Stationery, LLC.  Please note that there might be very slight color variatons of the text and design that is/are shown on the website.  This is most likely a result of the different computer screens that the image is viewed on.  This is not an error on the part of So Sweet Stationery and therefore all sales of these personalized products are final.  Upon ordering, the customer has the option of requesting a proof via email. Proofs are either free or avilable for a fee, depending on the product vendors proof policy. Proof pricing is indicated in each individual product description. Once the customer has approved the proof the order will be printed exactly as shown on the proof. If the customer chooses to not order a proof, So Sweet Stationery will have the product printed exactly as the customer has indicated on the order. Please be sure to double check all information before placing your order to ensure there are no errors. We will do our best to review each individual order prior to printing and contact you with any typos or spelling errors.


Orders can only be cancelled, with no charge to the customer, if the order has not been printed.  A full refund will be issued if the proof has not yet been created.  If a free proof has already been created, we can cancel the order, however, there is a charge of $25.00 for the proof.  If the order has already been approved and sent to the printer we cannot cancel the order or provide a refund.
